1.     Automatic system, simple operation 
The technology of advanced automatic control system is from Tsinghua University. The whole cooling process is controlled by PLC. The user only need to touch the button of "start" on the screen for use. It simplifies the operation. All data of refrigeration, temperature, and others can be output, printed and saved. 
2.     Short cooling time 
User can cool the product from 90 centidegree to 18 centidegree below within 15 minutes. 
The Fast Cooling Speed/Vacuum Pre Cooling Machine will keep the even cooling temperature and the same taste avoiding the bacterial breeding. 
The cooling temperature of is decided by the vacuum degree in the vacuum cooling box. Besides, the vacuum pressure in the vacuum cooling boxes is even so that the temperature of products cooled already is same both inside and outside, which avoid the phenomenon of a cold core and a warm appearance. It will keep the same taste and prevent the bacterial breeding. 
3.     Avoid the environment polluting the food 
The cooling process is undergoing in the condition of vacuum preventing the products from going bad. So there is no bacterial pollution. 
4.     Improve the quality of cooked food products. 
30-60centidegree is the best breeding season of bacterial. But owing to the short vacuum cooling time, the vacuum cooler will prolong the products' shelf life and protect the products' fresh time. Because no bacterial breeds, there is no need to add preservatives. So the product will become a real green no-pollution product. 
5.     Improve the taste of cooked food products 
Due to the principle of vacuum impregnation, the process can improve the taste by which loses the external water and concentrate the soup so as to penetrate all the sauce into the inner product. 
6.     Low equipment operating cost and energy saving. 
Set the YC-100-SF as an example. The unit power is 7.35KW. Choosing the fast cooling way, each equipment can hold 100KG and it can cool 600KG food per hour. While it only consume 7.35KW electricity.
