Product Description

Instruction of this autoclave:
The bubble removing autoclave also called polaroid deforming machine,mobile phone capacitance screen deforming machine,LCD pressure bubble removing machine or liquid crystal defoaming machine..It's a special device dedicated to the liquid crystal polarizer and touch screen.Through improve the pressure and temperature inner vessel,the ABR can remove the bubble generated between the polarizer and LCD bubble glass,ITO film and glass,touch screen polorizing film and protective film during lamination process.Different materials is also suitable ensuring the liquid crystal piece of products' quality.The equipment adopts automatic controlling system,the PLC(Programmable Logical Controller)can set working pressure,working temperature and working time according to different specifications so as to remove the bubbles and foams efficiently.



Equipment's Performance
1. More protection against high temperation,high pressure,over-flow and misoperation.
2. Adopting the electromagnetic inducting mode to working on the pressure cabin body safety position can make the mutual convection heat air molecules.And the centrifugal force fan and other high-tech equipment solve the problem,such as the uneven tempreture,inaccurate temperature control and other problems.The high-tech make the electric power usage power reaching to 99%.Anti mute science solution  control the noise decibel efficiently.
3. Adopting the natural cooling way is environmental and safe.
4. Two operation methods(manual/automatic way),two door opening ways(fast-open/Hydrolic pressure opening way).
5. Adjust the pressure holding time(0-60min) and door opening delay cycle(0-30s) according to different process requirements.
6. Configured of intake high precision air filter can promise air pollution-free.
7. The simple operation is controlled by the Mitsubishi PLC control system(or other same level brand) with 7 inches of Xinjie color man-machine interface.
8. Pressure ,temperature,mechane and electricity has double safety protection structure.
